The Detroit 2030 District is a part of a national movement to create high-performance buildings districts by reducing the environmental impacts of building construction and operations while increasing building owners' return on investment and promoting economic development. The Detroit 2030 District supports environmental justice and runs several programs aimed at assisting the underserved communities in Detroit including houses of worship and multifamily building managers. Currently, the Detroit 2030 District has approximately 48 million square of commercial space signed into the program.

MEEA seeks an achievable pathway for all Midwestern communities to receive the economic, environmental and societal benefits of the clean energy economy.
Phius is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to decarbonizing the built environment by making high-performance passive building the mainstream market standard. We train and certify professionals, maintain and update the Phius climate-specific passive building standard, certify and quality assure passive buildings, certifiy high-performance building products and conduct research to advance high-performance building.

The ZNCC is a strategic alliance committed to Accelerating the Zero Net Carbon of existing and historic buildings and places, accounting for both embodied carbon and operational carbon emissions. We work across various organizations to help Curate, Collaborate, Communicate, and Create best practices for the ZNC rehabilitation of most existing and heritage buildings. We believe building reuse must be part of the Climate Action conversation and heritage professionals are uniquely positioned to be of service.
